Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping at Rooted Living. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Returned items approved under our Return Policy
  • Damaged or defective items reported within 7 days
  • Incorrect items received

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Personal care products
  • Refill products
  • Consumables
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your bank or card provider
  3. If still unresolved, email us at support@rootedliving.co

5. Exchanges

Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item at no extra cost.
