Domestic Shipping (Vietnam)

• Carriers: Giao Hàng Nhanh (GHN) / Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm (GHTK).
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Free Shipping

International Shipping
At this time, we offer international shipping to select countries.

We ship all orders using recyclable, compostable, or reused packaging materials whenever possible. Our goal is to reduce waste and provide a low-impact shipping experience without compromising product safety.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@rootedliving.co within 7 days.
We will do our best to assist you and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Rooted Living is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update the information.
